the final credentialing or privileging authority for healthcare
organizations.

Healthcare organizations remain responsible for conducting their own
credentialing, background review, reference verification, privileging,
employment eligibility review, and other due diligence required for a
provider.

5. No Employment Relationship Created by Website Use

Use of this website, submission of information, or communication with
Benchmark does not create an employer-employee relationship, agency
relationship, partnership, joint venture, or other employment
relationship between you and Benchmark.

Any formal recruiting, placement, consulting, or other business
